Conservative leadership. Local control. The Wyoming way of life.
Chad Stephens is a Republican candidate for Wyoming House District 19. Born and raised in a small farming and ranching community, Chad learned the value of hard work hauling hay, working livestock, hunting, fishing, and earning his Eagle Scout rank at age 13.
After high school, Chad worked in the coal industry before joining the U.S. Navy, where he served aboard aircraft carriers, worked on aircraft, and supported operations during the first Gulf War.
For the past 34 years, Chad has lived and worked in Wyoming, built small businesses, raised a family, and continued serving in uniform through the Wyoming Army National Guard and Air Force Reserve, retiring as a Master Sergeant in 2019.
Chad is running to defend Wyoming values, bring common sense back to state government, and make sure District 19 has a strong conservative voice in Cheyenne.
Photographs in uniform do not imply endorsement by the Department of Defense.
Chad loves Wyoming and believes our best days are still ahead. He is running because District 19 deserves conservative leadership that listens to local people, respects our rights, supports working families, and protects the Wyoming way of life.
Chad’s campaign is simple:
Leave it better than we found it.
1. Protect Local Control — Keep decisions in the hands of our communities, not outside groups or bureaucrats.
2. Defend the Second Amendment — Stand up for the constitutional rights of law-abiding Wyoming gun owners.
3. Grow Wyoming Jobs — Support small businesses, energy, mining, infrastructure, and good-paying local jobs.
4. Preserve the Wyoming Way of Life — Protect ranching, hunting, fishing, working families, and rural Wyoming traditions.
Chad believes Wyoming is worth fighting for.
District 19 should be represented by District 19 — not political factions, outside groups, or bureaucrats.
Chad will always defend the constitutional rights of law-abiding Wyoming gun owners.
Chad knows what it means to work hard, build a business, and earn a paycheck.
Wyoming is more than a place on a map. It is a way of life.
Chad brings real-world experience, military discipline, and a commitment to service.
